Jacqueline Hea

Jacqueline Hea is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. At Nortel Networks from 1994 to 1998, Jacqueline served as Senior Counsel for Brazil and the Caribbean, overseeing all legal matters and handling complex transactional activities. Jacqueline then held the position of Senior Counsel for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, focusing on joint ventures and acquisitions across multiple countries. Further roles included providing global legal support within the Carrier Networks Product Group and leading a legal team as General Counsel for the Caribbean and Latin America. Prior to Nortel, Jacqueline practiced at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, gaining expertise in mergers and acquisitions and securities. Currently, since August 2014, Jacqueline serves as Senior Corporate Counsel at Google. Jacqueline holds a Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School, a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the State University of New York at Albany, and a Master of Arts in Latin American Studies from Vanderbilt University.
