Jacqueline Waite

Jacqueline Waite is an accomplished education and talent management professional with extensive experience in curriculum development and recruitment. At Pearson North America, Jacqueline served in various roles, including K-2 Initiative Research Lead and Lead Content Specialist, where leadership and coordination of research and content development initiatives were key responsibilities. Prior to that, Jacqueline was a Lead Teacher at KIPP Zenith Academy, achieving notable student success and establishing a Gifted and Talented Program. In more recent years, at Google, Jacqueline held several significant positions, culminating as Head of Pipeline NA for Industry and Campus talent management, overseeing recruitment and diversity initiatives. Jacqueline holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
