Jai Haridas

Jai Haridas is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in engineering leadership. Currently, Jai serves as Vice President of Engineering at Google, overseeing teams in Google Cloud focused on databases and security, previously holding the role of Senior Director of Engineering. Prior to joining Google, Jai was an Engineering Leader at Facebook and spent nearly a decade at Microsoft, leading engineering teams for Azure services, including Azure Blob and analytics. Earlier career roles include Development Manager at Altair Engineering, SDE at Compuware, and Software Engineer positions at VeriFone India and Siemens Telecommunications. Jai holds a Master's degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from RVCE-Bangalore University.
