Jai Suresh

Jai Suresh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and product development. Currently serving as a Sr. Staff TPM Lead at Google since June 2017, Jai oversees the creation of cost visibility frameworks for various platforms including YouTube and Google Cloud. As a Principal Consultant at Decision Intelligence, Jai aids entrepreneurs in making data-informed decisions, integrating insights from data science and managerial economics. Previously at Caterpillar Inc. for 14 years, Jai held multiple roles, including Demand and Supply Chain Manager, where leadership of a 25-person team resulted in significant improvements in customer service levels. Jai's academic background includes a CORe certification from Harvard Business School and a Master’s in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
