Jake Chen has a robust background in data science and artificial intelligence, beginning with a Master of Science in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University. At CME Group, Jake served as a Data Scientist from May 2013 to June 2015, before advancing to Deloitte as a Specialist Senior in Advanced Analytics & Modeling until October 2016. From July 2021 to December 2023, Jake was the Senior Sustainability AI/ML Tech Lead at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where responsibilities included defining analytics and machine learning strategies for the Sustainability Practice and leading presales with notable customers.
