Jake Cobb

Jake Cobb has extensive experience in software engineering and management, having held key positions at various prominent companies. Beginning as a Web Programmer at Media Services, Stetson University, and progressing to an IT Systems Administrator at KCM Asset Management, Inc., Jake transitioned to significant roles in research and development. Notably, as a Research Scientist at Georgia Institute of Technology, work included contributions to the Aristotle research group focused on program analysis and testing. Jake further advanced in the field at Varian Medical Systems as Manager and later Senior Manager of Software Engineering, developing for the Velocity medical imaging platform. Currently, Jake serves as a Senior Software Engineer at Google. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology, achieved with a 4.0 GPA, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Psychology from Stetson University, graduating cum laude.
