Jamal Busnaina is a Research Scientist at Google Quantum AI, specializing in superconducting quantum systems and analog quantum simulations. Currently working in the Engineering Quantum Systems Lab (EQSL), Jamal focuses on advancing quantum technology and enhancing understanding of quantum systems. Previously, Jamal served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Waterloo and as a Researcher at Tatweer Research. Jamal earned a Ph.D. in Quantum Information from the University of Waterloo, following a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the same institution, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Benghazi.
