James Bennett is a Principal Reverse Engineer on the FLARE team at Google, where they currently apply their expertise in malware analysis and reverse engineering. From 2014 to 2022, James worked as a Senior Principal Reverse Engineer on the FLARE team at FireEye, and briefly held a senior role at Mandiant in 2022. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Threat Research Engineer at Trend Micro Inc. from 2006 to 2012 and as a QA Engineer at InterMute from 2001 to 2005. James began their education in Computer Science at Quincy College from 2000 to 2001.
