James Chao

James Chao is an experienced packaging production designer with a diverse background in the industry, having worked for notable companies such as The Clorox Company, Nest Labs, Apple Inc., and Google. With a foundation in mechanical creation and production oversight, Chao has played key roles ranging from Contract Senior Production Designer to Packaging Studio Lead. Significant achievements include managing production teams, developing workflows, and creating over 400 mechanicals for high-profile product launches. Chao holds an MFA in Advertising from the Academy of Art University.
