James Lange is currently pursuing a degree in General Management and Hispanic Studies at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Previously, they served as Country Director for Vietnam and Thailand at Google Customer Solutions, leading operations in these regions from 2016 to 2018. Their professional journey also includes significant roles at Google, including Head of Mid Market and Small Business for Southeast Asia and Head of Sales Operations & Strategy for the APAC region. Earlier, they worked as an Associate Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting, providing strategic advice across various industries, and were also a Fulbright Scholar in Spain from 2010 to 2011. James holds a B.S. with Honors in Management and Accounting from Boston College.
