James P. McCabe has extensive experience in customer success and account management across various organizations. Starting with a role as Programmer and Support Manager at Innovative Mailing & Shipping Systems, followed by Project Manager at Symbol, and Consultant at C3i, James transitioned into roles at Envisage Solutions as an Account Manager. A significant portion of James's career was spent at Oracle, where multiple leadership positions in North America Customer Success and Advanced Customer Services were held, including Senior Director and Principal Customer Success Manager. Currently, James serves as Google Cloud Consulting Lead for Media and Entertainment at Google, following previous positions within the company in customer success and cloud experience. James holds a BA in Communications from New England College and a degree in IT Programming from Briarcliffe College.
