James Wendt has extensive experience in user experience research and management, with a career spanning roles at leading technology and research companies. Initially, Wendt worked as a Research Consultant and Associate at Coleman Research Group, providing insights for investment firms and consultancies. This was followed by a position as Project Manager in Healthcare at Intel Corporation. Wendt also held roles at UserTesting as a Research Manager and Senior User Experience Researcher, focusing on remote usability studies across various sectors. Wendt's experience includes a role as a User Experience/Human Factors Intern at Mahindra GenZe. At Google, Wendt progressed from User Experience Researcher to Senior UX Researcher & Manager, and currently serves as Staff UX Researcher & Manager. Wendt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kenyon College and a Master of Science in Human Factors and Ergonomics from San Jose State University.
