Jan Borgersen

Jan Borgersen is a seasoned software engineer currently employed at Google since February 2022. With a diverse background in technology, Jan has held various roles, including internships at IBM from 1991 to 1998, a Sr. XSL Web Developer position at eBay from 2003 to 2004, and UI Engineering Manager at Zazzle from 2005 to 2014. Jan's experience also includes serving as a Jr. Software Engineer for the Java Sound API at Sun Microsystems, an Interface Development Lead at Razorfish, a Web UI Consultant at Cisco Systems, and a Sr. Staff Software Engineer at Wowza Media Systems until early 2022. Jan's educational foundation includes a BS from NC State, an MS from UNC - Chapel Hill, and a high school diploma from the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics.
