Janani Ramachandran

Janani Ramachandran is an experienced instructional designer and educator with a strong background in curriculum development and training for various educational settings. With roles at Knomadix, Peloton Interactive, and Google, Janani has developed onboarding curriculums, learning strategies, and training programs while supporting educators and optimizing user experiences through performance analysis. Prior to these positions, Janani served as a high school science teacher, coordinating and delivering innovative learning materials and courses utilizing different learning management systems. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Learning Design and Technology from Purdue University, a Master of Science in Biotechnology, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of Texas at Dallas.
