Janelle Sambueno

Janelle Sambueno has extensive experience in real estate project management and asset management. From January 2013 to June 2018, Janelle worked as an Associate at Bristol Group, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing the redevelopment of multi-use office and retail projects in New York and Southern California while completing acquisition due diligence and performing detailed financial underwriting. Janelle then served as Senior Project Manager at Sares Regis Group of Northern California from June 2018 to March 2022, collaborating with the development management team on a large-scale office campus project in the San Francisco Bay Area and assisting in land use approval processes. Most recently, Janelle held dual roles as Asset Manager and Real Estate Portfolio Executive at Google from March 2022 to September 2023. Janelle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of San Francisco between 2009 and 2012.
