Janice Jung

Janice Jung has a diverse academic and professional background centered around consumer behavior, research, and user experience. As a Doctoral Student at The Wharton School, Janice focused on consumer behavior and decision-making, earning competitive research grants and leading projects that resulted in published academic papers. Janice has held various roles, including Research Coordinator at UC Irvine and Director of Research at Meta, where responsibilities included innovating in AI and machine learning for advertising. Current positions include Director of UX at Google, leading a team to enhance customer engagement, and serving as an Advisory Board Member for a Customer Experience Program. Janice also possesses experience in legal and health-related research, with an educational foundation in Psychology and Marketing from prestigious institutions.
