Jared Hill is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community engagement, operations management, and startup advisory roles. As the Co-founder and Assistant Director of Youth Music Outreach, Jared successfully scaled the organization from its inception, focusing on strategy development and community outreach. At the City of La Mirada, Jared managed cross-functional teams and community programs, emphasizing operational excellence. In the role of Production Manager at Wild Gift Coffee, Jared led business operations and growth initiatives, enhancing client relationships and infrastructure in a startup context. Subsequently, at Red Horn, L.P., Jared optimized workflows and drove strategic projects as Operations Manager.
