Jay Han-Chieh Chang

Jay Han-Chieh Chang is an experienced engineer specializing in flexible electronics and implantable medical devices, with a career spanning roles at companies such as MiniPumps LLC, Apple, Google, and the University of Southern California. At MiniPumps LLC, Chang served as Principal R&D Engineer, optimizing manufacturing processes and collaborating on startup projects. As a Senior Flexible Display Technologist and later as Engineering Manager at Apple, Chang led mechanical development and robustness improvements for flexible displays. Currently, as Display Module Lead at Google, Chang manages cross-functional teams for new product introduction and technology alignment. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and both a Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, all from National Taiwan University and California Institute of Technology.
