Jeny Kim

Jeny Kim is a versatile professional with a diverse background in talent sourcing, project management, and human resources. Notable experience includes serving on the founding team at Ella Executive Search, specializing in executive search for tech roles across the US and Brazil, followed by a role as a Talent Sourcer at Belvo focused on Engineering and Product roles in LatAm and Europe. Jeny's tenure at Samsung SDS Latin America involved project management for security initiatives and cost innovation analysis. Additional experience at Google includes significant contributions as the first sourcer in LatAm for GBO+F and as a lead staffing manager for Data & Analytics and Application Modernization teams.
