Jericho Buenafe is an experienced professional with a robust background in customer service, project coordination, and entrepreneurship. Notably, Jericho served as a Customer Service Advisor at Concentrix from November 2020 to October 2022, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and resolving customer inquiries effectively.
