Jerry Berg

Jerry Berg is an experienced software engineer and manager with a robust background in technology and software development. Between September 2002 and March 2011, Jerry served as a Staff Software Engineer and Manager at Qualcomm, focusing on the development of diagnostic tools for wireless chipsets using C++, STL, MFC, COM, and Win32. Prior to that, Jerry completed two summer internships and contracted work at DataPlay from 1999 to 2001, contributing to the development of internal tools for content mastering and optics testing. Since March 2011, Jerry has held roles at Google, first as a Staff Software Engineer leading efforts to enhance payment vendor integrations infrastructure, and currently as a Senior Staff Software Engineer and Manager on the payments team since May 2018. Jerry holds a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering, a B.A. in Theater Arts, and a Master's Degree in Computer Science, all from the University of Colorado Boulder, achieving a perfect 4.0 GPA for the master’s program.
