Jess Simmonds MRICS

Jess Simmonds MRICS is a multi-lingual Chartered Surveyor currently leading the Global Infrastructure team at Google, where they focus on data centre site selection and acquisition strategy across EMEA. With a background in international real estate that includes roles in transaction management, investment, and valuation, Jess has worked at prominent firms such as CBRE and the Urban Land Institute. Jess holds an MSc in Real Estate from Kingston University and a BA Hons in French and Portuguese from the University of Leeds. An enthusiastic sportswoman, Jess is also involved in fundraising activities.
