Jesse Edelsberg is currently the Consulting Account Lead for Strategic AI & ISV at Google Cloud, where they leverage their extensive background in technology and customer success. Prior to Google, Jesse held various roles at Salesforce, including Regional Success Architect Director and Senior Customer Success Manager, from 2020 to 2023. Their earlier experience includes serving as a Delivery Manager at both Tradeshift and Fidessa, as well as a Digital Media Consultant at Mercedes-Benz USA. Jesse earned a BS in Computer Science and is pursuing an MBA in Finance at Binghamton University.
