Jessica Carless PhD is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in research and development, specializing in sensory science and user experience. At Procter & Gamble, Jessica held several roles, including Group Scientist and Senior Product Researcher, focusing on consumer perceptions and innovative product technologies in grooming and personal care. Currently serving as a Staff UX Researcher at Google since October 2022, Jessica leads efforts in pioneering GenAI research methods to enhance AI integration in mobile operating systems.
