Jessica Chen

Jessica Chen is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in user experience (UX) and product design. Jessica began her career in design with internships at InnoMark Communications, TOMY International, and Fossil, where foundational skills were developed in mock-ups, toy design, and jewelry design. Progressing through varied roles, Jessica served as a Research & User Experience Design Intern at Place. and later became a founding product designer at eero, where responsibility included leading app design and improving user experiences. From 2018 to 2022, Jessica advanced as a Product Designer at Facebook, focusing on News Feed and Avatars, before transitioning to Google, where Jessica holds the position of Senior UX Designer. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from the University of Cincinnati and experience at Chiba University in Design Management Lab.
