Jessica Placker has over 20 years of experience in information technology and management, starting as an Active Directory System Administrator and Information Management Officer with the U.S. Army from June 1997 to June 2012. Following military service, Jessica served as a Senior COMSEC Account Manager and Management Information Systems Specialist until August 2018. Currently, Jessica works at Google, initially as a Data Center Technician III since December 2018 and advancing to Operations Manager in April 2022. Jessica holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from American Military University and is pursuing a Master's in Information Assurance and Security at Sam Houston State University. Additionally, Jessica earned a Bachelor's degree in Professional Studies - Technology Management from Excelsior College and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Central Texas College.
