Jia Ma is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in security and privacy across various high-profile organizations. Jia Ma began their career developing a Call Center Recording System at Shanglutong Telecommunication and later took on roles at H3C Technologies Co., Ltd., where responsibilities included managing a network operating system. Jia Ma progressed to positions at Samsung Research America, focusing on Android System security within the Knox group, and served as a System Security Architect at ByteDance. At Meta, Jia Ma worked in AR/VR Security and Privacy before joining Apple as a Software Engineer Manager for Secure Enclave. Currently, Jia Ma is the Software Engineering Manager for Virtualization Security at Google. Jia Ma holds a Master’s degree in Computer Information Science from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
