Jian

Jian Ma has extensive experience in software engineering and management, with a focus on compliance, security engineering, and large-scale systems. Key roles include serving as Principal Software Engineering Manager at Microsoft, working on Microsoft Power Virtual Agents, and previously holding a Software Design Engineer position in the Exchange Team. Jian Ma also contributed to the design of a high-performance Web Email system at eyou.net and developed a large-scale distributed computing system for a web search engine at Yunrang (Beijing) Information Technology Ltd. Currently, Jian Ma is a Software Engineering Manager at Google. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Peking University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Nankai University.
