Jie Xu

Jie Xu, P.E. PMP, has extensive experience in environmental engineering and project management, currently serving as the Data Center Regional Technical Program Manager at Google since September 2025. Prior to this role, Jie held positions such as Risk & Due Diligence Manager at Amazon from July 2022 to September 2025, and Environmental Project Manager at Apex Companies, LLC from January 2018 to July 2022. Jie worked as a Staff Environmental Engineer at Golder Associates from March 2015 to December 2017 and as an Environmental Engineer at the USEPA from September 2013 to March 2015. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Environmental Science from The Ohio State University, a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from Ocean University of China, and a project management certification from the University of Washington's Michael G. Foster School of Business.
