Jieming Mao is a Senior Research Scientist at Google, specializing in LLM inference-time scaling and ads auction optimization. They previously held roles as a Staff Research Scientist and Research Scientist at Google from 2019 to 2023. Jieming was a Warren Center Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania from 2018 to 2019 and completed internships at Microsoft in 2017 and 2018.
