Jim Cunningham

Jim Cunningham has contributed significantly to the technology sector since 1983, with extensive experience in engineering and management roles. Currently serving as an Android Engineer and Manager at Google since September 2007, Jim's tenure began with Postini before its acquisition by Google. Prior to this, Jim held various managerial positions at PayPal, Verisign, and Netscape, focusing on eCommerce infrastructure and document management systems. Notably, Jim was the first engineering hire at Everest eCommerce, where significant technological advancements were made, and managed key projects at Netscape, leading to critical integrations. Academically, Jim holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Computer Science from the University at Albany.
