Jim E. is a Senior User Experience Researcher at Google, a position held since 2019. Previously, they worked at Microsoft from 2011 to 2014 as a User Experience Researcher II, and also gained experience as a User Experience Researcher and Researcher. Before that, Jim E. was a Software Engineer at Cisco from 1998 to 2002 and served as a User Experience Researcher/Consultant independently from 2014 to 2018. Jim E. is currently pursuing a Master’s degree and a PhD in Computer Science at Stanford University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
