Jim Miller

Jim Miller has an extensive career in technology and research, with notable positions at notable organizations such as Microsoft Corporation, where responsibilities included serving as Sr. Director of Technology Policy and Strategy and working on Active Directory Certificate Server code. Previous experience includes roles at Google as a Member of the Technical Staff, and significant tenures at BBN and DEC, where Jim held various software and research positions. Jim also contributed to the World Wide Web Consortium as Director of Technology and Society and held a researcher role at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology for over a decade. Educational achievements include a PhD in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Jim Miller has been retired since February 2019.
