Jimmy Chang

Jimmy Chang is a Business Operations Manager and Chief of Staff at Google, where they serve as a strategic advisor to People Experience Leadership. Previously, they held various roles at Google including Program Manager for Hiring Infrastructure and People Ops Strategy, where they implemented significant improvements in hiring processes. Before joining Google, Jimmy contributed to public health education at UC Berkeley and taught at Dorsey High School within the Los Angeles Unified School District. Additionally, they founded a STEM Fellowship program with Teach For America, focusing on recruiting future educators in science and technology fields. Jimmy holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and is pursuing further education in secondary science teaching and public health.
