Jimmy Chien

Jimmy Chien is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product design and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Product Design Engineer at Google since October 2017, Jimmy drives and implements designs collaboratively within a large cross-functional team. Prior to this role, Jimmy worked at Pegatron from June 2010 to October 2017 as a Product Mechanical Design Supervisor, specializing in home application devices. Earlier in Jimmy's career, a position as a Mechanical Engineer at ASUS from June 2007 to May 2009 focused on the motor and drive mechanism of robot products. Jimmy holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a focus on algorithms for simulation, from National Taiwan University, where studies were completed from 1999 to 2005.
