Joan Farjo

Head of Digital Support Experience, Google Cloud Support

Joan Farjo has extensive experience in technology and cloud support, beginning as a Hardware Design Intern at MultiLane SAL in 2009. Joan worked as an Embedded Software Engineer at Ubilite from 2011 to 2014 and contributed as a LabVIEW Developer Intern at National Instruments. Subsequently, at Google from 2015 to the present, Joan has held various roles, including Product Quality Strategist, Program Manager, and multiple leadership positions focusing on digital support experiences and self-service solutions, ultimately serving as the Head of Digital Support Experience for Google Cloud Support since April 2023. Additionally, Joan served as a Technical Reviewer for IEEE and worked as a Research & Graduate Assistant at the American University of Beirut, where academic excellence was demonstrated with a GPA of 4.0.
