Joanne Hunter

Joanne Hunter has extensive experience in executive recruiting, with a career spanning over two decades in leading roles at prestigious companies. Most recently, as Head of Executive Recruiting for Google's Global Business Organization from January 2015 to January 2024, Joanne focused on inclusive hiring practices and building diverse talent pipelines. Prior experience includes serving as Managing Director of Worldwide Recruitment at Time Warner Inc., where Joanne was part of a recognized in-house executive search team, and as Vice President of Executive Recruitment and Talent Management at WPP, where Joanne established a centralized executive staffing function. Joanne also held senior associate positions at James & Company and Heyman Associates, specializing in executive recruitment across media, entertainment, and corporate communications. Joanne holds a BA in Anthropology and Philosophy from Bowdoin College.
