Wiley contributed significantly as a Project Assistant at the National Democratic Institute, emphasizing elections and political processes, and held investigative and program management roles at Meta, focusing on risk assessment and content integrity. Currently, Wiley serves as a Policy Analyst at Google, leveraging expertise gained from a Bachelor of Arts in Government from the University of Virginia.
