Joe Williams has extensive experience in the recruitment and consulting sectors, particularly within the digital space. Joe began as a Resourcer at Purple Consultancy before advancing to Managing Consultant for UX & Product Design at Xcede from May 2014 to July 2018, where the focus was on enhancing customer experience and business performance. Since August 2018, Joe has been a Tech Recruiter at Google, subsequently progressing to the role of Global Talent Consultant - Talent Intelligence in July 2025. Joe holds a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Leeds, earned between 2009 and 2014.
