Joel Goeltl has extensive experience in program management and M&A execution, with a career spanning over two decades in prominent technology companies. At Hewlett-Packard, Joel served as an M&A Execution Manager from January 2017 to February 2019, directing the integration of over 15 global acquisitions valued at more than $20 billion. Joel then transitioned to Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Senior Program Manager from February 2019 to October 2025, where responsibilities included developing GenAI-powered tools and enhancing operational efficiency by 300%. Since October 2025, Joel has been the Cloud Infrastructure Health Operations Lead at Google. Joel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Iowa State University and an MBA from Colorado State University.
