Joël Rousseau is currently on sabbatical, focusing on family and exploring South America, and will return to their role as People Partner at Google Cloud in August 2026. They previously held various HR positions, including HR Manager and Talent Acquisition Consultant at Dell, where they supported multiple team members across various regions in Europe. Joël also served as HR Business Partner for Dell Technologies, driving people strategies for executive leaders in sales and commercial sectors. Joël earned a Master’s in Management with a specialization in HR from Euromed Management - ESC Marseille in 2005.
