John Cockrell

John Cockrell is a seasoned product manager currently at Google since 2020, where they continue to drive product initiatives. Prior to this, they held multiple roles, including product manager at Managed by Q and Meetup, where they led teams in enhancing user experience and increasing revenue. As a co-founder of Chime, John designed and launched a successful messaging app, later raising funds from Y Combinator. Additionally, they served as an advisor at Y Combinator, mentoring emerging startups in various sectors. John earned a Bachelor's degree in Literary Arts from Brown University in 2008.
