John Kania has a strong background in operations and program management, with relevant experience in both public and private sectors. From February 2015 to April 2017, John served as an Intelligence Officer at the Office of Naval Intelligence. Following this role, John joined the Kennedy Irregular Warfare Center as a Team Lead from April 2017 to December 2019. After a brief stint as a Program Manager at Amazon Web Services in early 2020, John transitioned to Google, where from April 2020 to December 2023, John held the position of Product Operations Manager in Payments Engineering and also served as a Program Manager for the Google Public Sector. John Kania earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Economics from the United States Naval Academy, graduating in 2014.
