John Paul Li is a Senior Software Engineer at Google, where they develop reliability and governance solutions for large-scale data storage. Previously, they worked as a Software Engineer at Google, creating direct backends for user-facing data features and managing extensive databases. Before joining Google, John Paul served as a Research Assistant at Tulane University, focusing on molecular crystal structure prediction and ceramic semiconductor research. They also held a position at the Argonne Leadership Computing Facility, enhancing software packages for super-computing clusters. John Paul earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in English and Physics/Mathematics from Tulane University, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at IESE Business School.
