John T. Moran

John T. Moran has extensive experience in architecture and real estate management, beginning as a Project Manager at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP from 2000 to 2002 and serving as an Architect at Hillier Architecture from 2005 to 2006. In 2006, John was a Fulbright Scholar conducting sustainable urban design research in Dublin. From 2010 to 2014, John worked as a Senior Project Manager and Associate at Integrated Design Group, focusing on mission-critical projects. John’s tenure at Google commenced in 2014, where significant leadership roles included Global Team Lead for Real Estate & Workplace Services and Director for East & Central US, Canada, and Latin America, culminating in the current position as Director of Real Estate Design & Delivery for North & South America starting in April 2024. John holds a Master's degree in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania, a certificate in Real Estate Design and Development from The Wharton School, and completed continuing education at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Real Estate.
