John Waters

John Waters is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in leading engineering projects and teams, primarily within the electrical and mechanical sectors. Waters began a career at Schneider Electric in 2008, progressing from mechanical engineer to staff mechanical engineer, where responsibilities included designing 3-D modeled parts, creating bills of materials, and leading process improvement initiatives. Following tenures at ABB as an electrical engineering manager and E+I Engineering as an engineering manager, Waters has assumed roles at Google, including global electrical commissioning technical program manager and sr technical program manager, overseeing data center development using Agile management techniques. Waters holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Business from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
