John Welch

John Welch is an accomplished professional in the telecommunications and engineering sectors, with extensive experience in network operations and program management. John began a career at Adelphia Cable Communications from 2002 to 2004, progressing through various engineering roles. John then joined Time Warner Cable as Engineer II until 2009 before serving at Level 3 Communications as a Network Engineer and Technical Program Manager until 2011. From 2017 to 2019, John worked at Google in multiple managerial roles within the Engineering department, focusing on quality management, strategic negotiations, and enterprise connectivity planning. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an AOS in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology, along with Executive Education in Product Management from the University of California, Berkeley.
