Jonathan Aroner is an accomplished user experience professional with extensive experience in designing and managing user-centric digital solutions. At Microsoft, from August 2006 to March 2009, Jonathan served as a User Experience Program Manager for Windows Media Center, where expertise in interaction design, user research, and collaboration with third-party manufacturers led to innovative digital media experiences. Jonathan also held roles as a User Experience Designer for Windows Phone and the HoloLens project, contributing to the design of location-based experiences and early concept development. Currently, at Google since July 2020, Jonathan is the Head of User Experience for Trust and Safety in Chrome, focusing on user safety, privacy technologies, and team development. Jonathan’s previous roles at Google included Senior User Experience Designer and Head of User Experience for Merchant Experiences, where impactful product improvements and team growth were achieved. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering - Product Design from Stanford University and a secondary school diploma from The College Preparatory School.
