Jonathan Gross

Jonathan Gross is a Research Scientist at Google Quantum AI, where they focus on advancing quantum technologies. Previously, they held a postdoctoral researcher position at Université de Sherbrooke, studying quantum error correction and machine learning for quantum inference. Jonathan's earlier experience includes roles as a research and teaching assistant at the University of New Mexico and a research assistant at the University of Arizona, where they worked on applications of quantum state space and GPU programming. They also interned at Sandia National Laboratories, contributing to the development of pyGSTi. Jonathan earned their Ph.D. in Physics from The University of New Mexico and a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Arizona.
