Jonathan Kang

Jonathan Kang is a seasoned Computer Architect with a background in microprocessor logic design and FPGA engineering. They began their career as an FPGA Engineer at Lockheed Martin from 2006 to 2010, and subsequently worked as a CPU Design Engineer at Qualcomm and a Senior Hardware Engineer at NVIDIA. From 2015 to 2020, they served as a Computer Architect at Apple before taking on roles as a Silicon Architect at Amazon Lab126 and a Silicon Performance Architect at Meta. Currently, Jonathan holds the position of SoC Architect at Google while also working as an NPU Architect at SAPEON Inc. Jonathan earned a BS in Computer Engineering from UC Santa Barbara in 2005.
